- Prepare the Inhaler: Ensure that the inhaler is clean and dry. Do not attempt to clean the inhaler with water or any liquid.
- Load the Rotacap: Remove one Rotacap from the blister pack. Do not open the Rotacap until you are ready to use it. Place the Rotacap into the inhaler chamber as directed.
- Activate the Inhaler: Close the inhaler tightly. To puncture the Rotacap, press the side buttons firmly to release the medication. You should hear a click indicating that the cap is punctured.
- Inhale the Medication: Breathe out gently to empty your lungs. Place the mouthpiece of the inhaler in your mouth, ensuring a tight seal with your lips. Inhale deeply and steadily through your mouth to draw the medication into your lungs.
- Hold Your Breath: After inhaling, hold your breath for about 10 seconds, or as long as comfortable, to allow the medication to settle in your lungs.
