Worldwide Delivery
Chemistway offers international shipping for prescription and non-prescription medicines to over 100 countries, including Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and the European Union. Free Shipping: Offered on qualifying orders or during promotional events

Delivery timelines may vary based on your country, customs procedures, and local delivery services.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can monitor your delivery status through our Order Tracking page.

Customs and Import Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the medications they order comply with their country’s local laws and import regulations. Chemistway is not responsible for delays, holds, or seizures by customs authorities.

Return and Refund Policy
No Returns on Medications
Due to pharmacy regulations and public health guidelines, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

Prescription medicines

Opened or partially used health products

Temperature-sensitive items, such as insulin, injections, or refrigerated medications

This policy is in place to maintain patient safety and ensure medicine integrity.

Refunds and Replacements
Refunds or reshipments may be offered under the following conditions:

You received the wrong medication or an incorrect product

The product arrived damaged or defective

Your order was lost in transit and confirmed undeliverable by the carrier

The shipment did not arrive within the guaranteed delivery timeframe

In these cases, please contact Chemistway within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and supporting photos if applicable. Each case will be reviewed by our pharmacy support team, and we will provide an appropriate resolution.

Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds for:

Packages returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the parcel

Orders refused by customs due to country-specific restrictions

Unsuccessful delivery attempts where the customer was unavailable

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the delay or issue was caused by Chemistway.
